Day 3 blogger

Day 3 of Bollywood dancing

This day of Bollywood dancing has been the most fun so far. On this day we used the same dance moves we learnt already and made it better. We then made a brand new routine with the same dance moves. This lesson we did the choreography on our own without any help from Miss Hainstock, our dance teacher.

Our choreography for this lesson was very good. We had a good routine; our routine was simple and looked good. We didn’t get it perfect when we performed it to Miss Hainstock. We didn’t get the timing perfect but we will be working on that later in the future.

What we did exactly on that day?
Firstly Miss Hainstock told us who wants to dance this lesson. Me, Jaydeep, Rashna, Sara, Aditi and Rajan all said we wanted to dance. We then had to find a room to dance, we went to the radio excel room to dance for this lesson. We had to move all the tables and chairs so we get enough room to dance. By the time we cleared everything in the room, we only had 35 minutes till the end of the lesson. So we all sat down for ten minutes and discussed our ideas and found some possible routines we could do. We all put all our ideas together and found a decent routine. By the time we discussed our ideas and found a routine, there was only 25 minutes left in the lesson. We then started our dancing; we did the routine we thought of. We rehearsed what we thought of. There was now only 5 minutes of the lesson so Miss Hainstock came to see what we did on that lesson, Miss came in to see what we did, and she didn’t know what we did. We had to perform what we did and she was amazed with our dance routine. Miss Hainstock was so pleased she told Mrs Eyres to see, so Mrs Eyres came and watched the dance routine as well. Both Miss Hainstock and Mrs Eyres were pleased with our work this lesson.

I have learnt a lot in this lesson, I have now realised that our media class can co-operate really well with each other without many arguments to create a dance routine. Everyone in the class listened to each other, no one was shouting, we all co-operated and got the job done. Brilliant third day of dancing.
